Our Jasmine Lychee Martini pairs the delicate sweetness of lychee with the fragrant lift of jasmine, balanced by bright fresh lemon and a hint of tartness from pink lychee tincture. Shaken cold and double strained for a silky finish, it's an elegant, floral twist on the classic martini — garnished with a lychee for a touch of playful indulgence.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Lychee Estate Vodka
25ml Jasmine Lychee Syrup
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
7–10ml Pink Lychee Tincture

METHOD

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice. Shake well and double strain into a coupe or martini glass.

GARNISH

A pink lychee on a cocktail pick.
